Question:

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah

Can we have Janazah for someone who has been cremated with the remains?

Answer:

بسماللهالرحمنالرحيم

In The Name Of Allah, The Most-Merciful, The Most Kind

The cremation of anybody is forbidden. As for the Janaza prayer, there is no prevention built into janaza prayer that makes the janaza impermissible due to the impermissible method of dispensing with the body of the deceased Muslim. This would be akin to prayers done in absentia of the corpse. Both Janaza on a disbeliever and burning of anybody are forbidden in Islam.
