(1) It is undoubtedly permissible to conduct interview and help in selecting employees in Shariah compliant companies. For this, two things must be kept in mind: (a) All processes from the beginning to the end have to be done justly. (b) The employees or the company should not be deceived but truthfulness and honesty should be observed in every matter.
(2) Recruiting persons for only prohibited work is impermissible. One should avoid it as much as possible.
