Asalamualaikum 1-If some people are able to view the Cresent(Moon)for Ramadhan and Eid through a Telescope but are unable to see the Moon without the Telescope is such a sighting valid in Shariah?Please provide refrence and name of Mufti saheb. Jazakumullah

(Fatwa: 1941/1717=B/1429)
Sighting moon through telescope is not acceptable. The Shariah does not regard it binding.
