Answer

(Fatwa: 96/D)

When anyone did some act of kufr (infidelity) unknowingly, repented to Allah sincerely and renewed his imaan then he will surely become a true Muslim.

If any Muslim writer has written such a thing in his book unconsciously that amounts to blasphemy to the Prophet, then first of all he should remove these parts from his book. And, if his books has reached to other people then he should rectify his mistake to the same extent. He should repent to Allah and renew his imaan sincerely and announce the same in public. After repenting to Allah and rectifying his mistake he will not be ordained to be killed.
