My question is regarding hajj 1)is hajj necassary for every muslim? 2)can hajj be done with part or full help of govt or only self earned money? 3)can some body preassurise govt or individual to feciliate for hajj. 4)What if hajj is done with part or full help of govt or if done so that by asking from or preassurisin govt or individual to help for hajj.

Hajj is not obligatory on every Muslim, but one who can afford journey to Makkah with all expenses; he/she will be required to perform Hajj.
(2) Yes, one can.
(3) Please, first explain what you mean by ?pressurizing? then we can have a say in the matter.
(4) It is concession in fare what you call as subsidy or help. There is no wrong in it.
