Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I have 2 questions 1) can a married person can use condom just to avoid chil for some years? 2)is it is allow to look or touch each other geniticles during intercoarse?

Answer

(Fatwa: 2235/1826=B/1429)

If her health is weak, she is unable to bear pregnancy or she fears unbearable pain or any expert religious Muslim physician prescribes it, then in such conditions she can use contraceptives temporarily. Otherwise, when there are no such cases, then using these things temporarily also is against the objectives of Shariah. (Nizamul Fawata 1:378)

(1) It may be allowable, but it is better to avoid it. Hadhrat Aaishah says that neither she nor the Prophet (peace be upon him) saw the private parts of each other. However, the touching is allowed.
