Whether the khula given by woman in the presence of more than two respectable persons and at the same time the male accepted the talaq. Is it possible to give the maintenance to her as per the Shariah? Please give me your opinion as a fatwa. Summary: She married and lived with her husband only 15 days and the jahez (dowry) which was given by the husband she get back from the articles by the police complaint within the 15 days and now she is titling for maintenance.

You should have written the complete words of talaq and khula. However, if the talaq or khula has taken place as per the Shariah and the woman has met his husband in privacy, then it is wajib for the woman to pass the iddah of talaq or khula. The maintenance of iddah period shall be wajib on the husband.
