assalam alaikum My income is from two kind of sources one is absolutely halal (i.e from my salary and ancestral land) and other portion is from (bribes, interests etc.). My questions is that if I spend part of my money from halal portion in charity i.e. donation towards construction of mosque or similar things, will it be acceptable to Allah and the prayer of the people offering in such mosques with full knowledge of my financial background will be valid??

Earning through bribe, interest etc is impure earning which is unlawful, cause of sin and curse. It is wajib to give this wicked means up. If you give the donation of your pure halal income to mosque or in charity insha-Allah it will be accepted and the salah of all would be right in the mosque constructed by the income earned by halal means.
