What is the Islamic ruling on a person who misses one or two rakahs in salah?

(1) My one (two or three) rakahs left behind imam, I have done both salams with imam, then I remember, my one (two or three) rakahs is left, so I stand up and complete salah with sajdah sahv. So my salah is valid or not?
