Chewing tobacco in any form (Example: Cigarette smoking, chaini khaini etc), is it Haram or gunah or halal? Please give answer with reference to the holy Quran and hadith?

If tobacco is injurious to body then its consumption is unlawful; otherwise it is allowable. And if the tobacco has bad smell or used as a fashion then it is makrooh.
