What is the rules of Handshake, both hands or one hand? Please answer me from hadith.

Musafaha (shaking hands) is sunnah with both hands, as the hadith says:
علمنی النبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم التشھد وکفی بین کفیہ [بخاری عن ابن مسعود]
وفی روایۃ: اذا تصافح المسلمان لم تفرق اکفھما حتی یغفر لھما [مجمع الزوائد]
