Salam. I am a pakistani residing in Virginia, USA. The meat they call Halal over there means, that it is slaughtered the right way with cutting the jugular vein by the machine (and not cutting it all the way) however “Bismillah Allahu Akhbar” is not said by a specific person. They put it on the recording. This is the only type of Halal meat available over there. Please advice me if it’s allowed to eat that halal meat and chicken since that is the only thing available there. Jazzak Allah!

The animal or chicken slaughtered as per the method mentioned above is not halal, you should avoid consuming it.
