regard assalamualleykum.I WANT ASK A QUATION THAT IF A WOMAN WHO IS A MARRIED AND SHE TAKE A NIKAH OTHER MAN WITH OUT TALAK CAN THAT MARRIDGE IS RIGHT.
Answer:
(Fatwa: 1424/D=299/K=1431)
It is not lawful for any married woman to marry a second man without taking talaq from her first husband. If she marries, this nikah shall be invalid and will not take place.
