Can a menstruating women recite ayats from the Quran which she has memorised and is it allowed for a menstruating women to apply heena on her hands?
Answer:

If the verse is containing a dua (prayer), she can recite it as prayer, but reciting other verses as tilawah is forbidden though she memorize it by heart.
(2) She can apply henna.
