Can you help me please sometimes when wakeup after namaz fajr time so can often prayer at the time of sunset?

It is makrooh to offer salah at the time of sunrise. If you happen to get up late when the time of Fajr salah is gone, you should offer the salah when the makrooh time is over. You should attempt to get up in time.
