Can we do Asr Jama’at in our Masjid without making it Makrooh?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Assalamu’alaikum Mufti Sahab In our Masjid we have 2 Jumu’ah Salaat due to lack of space. The time is very limited so by the time the 2nd Jumu’ah Salaat ends, within 10 minutes Asr time starts. As such most of the musallees who come for 2nd Jumu’ah also want to perform Asr. But the official Asr Jama’at conducted by the main Imam takes place 1 hour after. The other Imam who leads the second Jumu’ah is insisted upon to lead this unofficial Asr Jama’at. Let me tell you a little bit about the Masjid: -We have an appointed Imam -We do not have an appointed Mu’azzin -We have a group of local people who come for every Salaat What procedure should be taken to conduct this unofficial Asr Jama’at without making it Makrooh Tahrimi or Makrooh Tanzihi in Hanafi Mathab? Jazakallahukhair

In the above-mentioned question, the second Jamaat of Jumuah is makrooh as well. So, there should be such a system that all the people could perform salah by joining a single jamaat. Or the second jama?at should be held in another place (hall) etc instead of Masjid. But, in this case, those who offer salah in a hall will not get the reward of Masjid. You can follow such method for Asr jama?at too. But if all the people offer salah with jama?at, it is better and they will be safe from makrooh tahrimi and get the reward of Masjid.
