Assalamalaikum, My fatherinlaw is retired 5 years back, he doesnot have regular income but only has a house where he is currently living. Currently his health also is not keeping good. My inlaws are in need of money for his treatment. My question is can we give zakath to Spouse parents? Awaiting your answer as soon as possible. Jazakallahu Khair

If your parents in-law are poor and entitled for receiving Zakah, you can give them Zakah.
