Can a Muslim woman read Ayatul Kursi and the 4 Quls ( Kaafiroon , Ikhalas, Al -Falaq & An naas) while she is menstruating as a form of duaa for her protection and not as a form of tilaawat ? Please clarify.

A menstruating woman can recite ayatul kursi and four Quls as dua. So is mentioned in the book of fiqh and fatawa.
