(1) Talaq mughallazah (irrevocable) takes place by saying talaq, talaq, talaq to one’s wife with whom one has had intercourse and thus she becomes haram on her husband. It is proved by Bukhari Sharif vol. 2, page 791, Fatawa Hindiyah vol 1, page 501 etc.
(2) What types of information do you want from this ayah? Write it clearly.
