1. Please kindly tell me if it permissible to import bicycle which has a horn in the shape of animal head with eyes which are attached if the intention of buying both by me and my customers are not the eyes itself?

(Fatwa: 285/282=D)
(1) You intend to buy and sell the cycle. As far as the pictures are concerned they are not meant by the transaction but are indirectly included in the dealing. You do not intend to buy and sell the picture. So, it is allowable to deal in such cycles.
(2) If the pictures are so small that they cannot be seen by a sound man standing then such small pictures can be seen and kept without any sin. But, however making pictures of both kinds (mentioned in answer 1 and 2) is impressible. And, selling and purchasing is allowable and earning is also Halal.
