Is it necessary to cover the head and wear slippers when entering into a toilet. I was told told that it is sunnah to wear them. Now some people tell me that it is not sunnah or even necessary.

Covering head and wearing shoes while entering into toilet is better, but it is not necessary. As far as we know, this practice is not even sunnah.
