Assalaamaliakum One of my friend aged around 40yrs had been married few months back & died in road accident after about 6 months of married life & they have no children.Iddat peroid of his wife has been over. My friend has 3 brothers & two sisters one married & the other a widow who stays with brothers as her daughters have been married off. If none of the parents of your friend are alive, his left property and wealth will be distributed in 32 shares, out of which the brothers will get 18 shares (6 shares to each), the sisters will receive 6 shares (3 to each one) while the wife will have 8 shares.
