I read on islam-qa.com that this is permissible since the hair between the eyebrows isn’t part of them, can you verify that please.
Answer:
No, it is not permissible for females to pluck their eyebrows. Rasulullah
(Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) cursed a Mutanammisa (a female who seeks to
remove her eyebrows).
