Is it right to arrange a Jamah instead of attending the office mosque?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I work in a government office. In 1st floor we have a mosque for our office employers. This Imam is bidati person, like he says Ya Nabi Salamualika, he does Qiyam, he do not like tabligh Jamat etc. For that reason I do not go in our office mosque and I arrange a Jamah with my colleagues and others staff in our floor. Most of the staffs are not going to the mosque but when I arrange for jamah then they join us. My question is that whether it is right to arrange these Jamah or if I am wrong then what I need to do? Please suggest me.

If it is not a Shariah mosque i.e. the place is not fixed from ground to sky for the interest of the mosque then you along with your colleagues and other staff members can arrange for separate Jama’ah.
