Asslam Walikum…A man living with wife and 3 small kids. He is an active member of tableegh jamat. he want to go to chilla against the wish of his wife. he also mostly engaged in the gasht and mulakats.His wife is not happy with this and always complains that he dont pay my much attention at home. She also warns that she will hold him responsible at the day of qayama and complain to Allah regarding me. can a man give Talaq to his wife for this behavoiur?

The abovementioned reason is not sufficient enough to give talaq. As the person goes to tabligh and invites people to fulfilling rights he also should discharge the due rights of his wife. Likewise, the wife also should cooperate with her husband as much as possible and forgive him if her rights are somehow infringed due to his going in jamaat.
