Mufti Sahab & All Brother in Islam Assalamu Alaikum Kya Farmate Hai Ulma e ekram mala e zail ke bare me-: 1.Hamre Masjid Ke Imam sahab ka kehna hai ki Fajr or Isha ki Azaan waqt shuru hune se 3-4 minute pehle di ja sakti hai. 2. Ek Admi mutakil apni dadi french cut rakta hai ,aese admi se azaan dilana kesa hai.

(1) The purpose of Azan is to inform that the time of salah has started; this purpose will be in vain if Azan is called before the time and people will fall in misconception. Therefore, it is not right to call Azan before the time begins and if called it will be of no use and it should be called again after the time starts. How does the Imam of your mosque say that Azan can be called three or four minutes before the times of Isha and Fajr? You should have quoted him with reference and proof.
(2) It is undesirable to make such a person call Azan.
