Is it possible when the women has told kula and same time the man also agreed and told thalaq in this case wheter she can apply for maintenance according to the shariyad law? (she leaved with the husband’s family for 15 days only and she also reback the jehaz articles at the period through the police)

In the question mentioned above, the woman can demand for maintenance of her iddah period provided no defiance is found from her side.
