Can menstruating women perform Hajj & take pills to delay their period if it starts during Hajj?

Respected Scholars in Islam, Assalamu Alaikum 1.Can a mensurating women perform hajj. In case unexpectely period starts in hajj,can one take medical pills to postpone the mensturation. If medical pills are recommeded, don’t it disturb health system of women physiologically. Please throw light on this subject in view of Holy Qur’an and ahaadees.Thanks.zazakum allah Wassalam

It is admissible to take the pill if it is not medically harmful, but avoiding it is better. You should let the period come in its time and learn the Shariah rulings of the condition and perform the hajj accordingly. Taking medicine might cause trouble in future.
