Asalamoalaikum. Can a menstruating female hold qaida in quran class, as such dat the qaida contains one or more surah?

(Fatwa: 166/166=M/1429)
If most of the qaida (book) or half of it contains Quranic verses then a women in her menses is not allowed to touch and hold it. And, if the book contains less verses from the Quran and more from other matters then she can touch and hold it, but she should not touch the places where Quranic verses are written:
إن کان التفسیر أکثر لا یکرہ وإن کان القرآن أکثر یکرہ، والأولی إلحاق المساواۃ بالثاني الخ
