I would like to know if the ceremony of Bismillah and Ameen is proven through Shariah?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Bismillah-i-tallah Asalam o alaikum, I would like to know that is the ceremony of Bismillah and Ameen proven through shariah? by ameen i mean reciting last ten surahs and punctuating between every surah to recite Allah o akbar Allah o akbar wa lillahilhamd.recently we celeberated Ameen of our family member but my father was very angry about it and he declared that this is not proven by sunnah or shariyat, and that this is unislamic. kindly clearify this matter through ahadith.. so that if we are wrong we will abstain from it and if he is wrong we can show him qouted hadith. jaza kumullaho khairan kaseerah.

(Fatwa: 1281/1091=B/1429)

To celebrate the ceremony of Bismillah by gathering family members and other people and reciting especially the last ten surahs is not proved by the Quran and Hadith, hence it should be forsaken. However saying takbeer on the end of each surah from Surah Al-Zuha to last chapter of the Quran is Sunnah. Allama Baghavi has narrated a hadith by his own source from the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PUBH) in this regard. The words quoted by you also can suffice for Sunnah. But, in Tafseer Mazhari the below words of takbeer have been quoted: لااله الا الله والله اكبر Hence, it is better to say takbeer with these words. We should follow this Sunnah during the recitation of these surahs.
