Assalamu-Alaikum, How should a deceased be buried inside the grave? Only face or the whole body towards the Kiblah? Zazakallahu-khairan…..

Not only the face, but leaning the entire body facing qiblah is sunnah. It has been clarified in the books of fiqh and fatwas.
