Asslam-o-alaikum Mufti Sb. we are belong to upper middle class. but due to some bad habits my younger brother has fallen in heavy debt and he is not in this condition that to pay it easily. now a days he earns hardly to fulfil their basic needs. Mufti sb my question is:- can i give my ZAKAAT to my brother?

Your brother should forsake the bad habits which made him debtor and he should adopt good habits. If you are not sadat (from the family of the Prophet, peace be upon him), you can give your zakah to your brother.
