Plz suggest some dua 1) for my mother as she is suffering from severe breathing problem…and her lungs have become weak. 2)and for me also, i am having back pain…X-ray says the space between two of my spinal bones have become diminished..i am 24 yrs old and about to get married…so i am very much worried.

Write the following dua for your mother and ask her to wear it in a way that it hangs over heart.
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم :الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَتَطْمَئِنُّ قُلُوبُهُم بِذِكْرِ اللّهِ أَلاَ بِذِكْرِ اللّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ ، وَرَبَطْنَا عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ ، لَوْلَا أَن رَّبَطْنَا عَلَى قَلْبِهَا لِتَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ، وَلِيَرْبِطَ عَلَى قُلُوبِكُمْ.
(2) Recite Ayatul Kursi, Surah Fatiha, Surah Falaq and Surah Nas with durood before and after and blow on the body and extend your hand up to the spinal bones.
