Recite لا حول ولا قوۃ الا باللہ العلی العظیم frequently. And, whenever you have such a feeling in your heart then recite اعوذ باللہ من الشیطان الرجیم and spit, in-sha-Allah such feeling will vanish away gradually. After all, pray for yourself after every obligatory salah and tahajjud with full attention.
