I have read that offering salah with half sleeves shirt is makrooh. So my question is when people go for hajj they wear ihram and in that one hand is not fully covered, it is like half sleeve. So as per the jurist whether the namaz is makrooh or not?

The clothes of Ihram with open sleeves are proved from sunnah. There is no harm in offering salah in it.
