It is fardh-e-ain to offer five times of salah regularly, whether you feel interested in it or not. You should recite the following dua extensively:
لا حول ولا قوة الا بالله العلي العظيم
In-shaAllah, your tension will lessen. Also, keep on supplicating after each salah to remove your anxiety and depression. If there is any pious and practicing Alim nearby then visit him, in-shaAllah, you shall have peace of mind.
