If someone has money which he has got as bribe, and he want to leave it and start some halal business. Can he invest the money from bribe in business as margin money to start the business and then take back the same amount from profit and donate it to charity with any intention of sawab?

It is unlawful, rather haram to invest the bribe money into business. It is wajib (necessary) to return the amount to their original owner.
