In our college campus we daily offer only Zuhr namaz. Along Zuhr namaz we also offer Jumuah with jamat along with Arabic Khutba. We do not have other choice to offer Jumuah prayer. In this situation will it be better to offer Zuhr instead of Jumuah?

If the college is located in such a place where the conditions that make Jumuah salah valid are found i.e. the place falls under the city or in the suburb of the city then it is necessary and wajib to establish Jumuah salah on Friday. For the establishment of Jumuah, jamah and khutbah are necessary. It is sunnah that the khutbah is delivered in Arabic language. If Friday prayer is wajib then it is not allowable to offer Zuhr salah.
