Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I am an engineer work for a government organization. I am responsible to check and confirm the items purchased by our organization. Items will be as per requirement but suppliers or vendors are offering gifts but not in the form of money. What to do?

You will be getting salary from the government, in such a case, it is not lawful for you to take gift from the goods suppliers and the shopkeepers.
