Is vehicle parking business a good idea for an Eidgah?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Under the light of Shariah kindly send me the answer that there is an ancient Eidgah, in Mahrauli village. Since last one and half years the working committee of Eidgah has started the business of vehicle parking within the boundary of Eidgah where Muslims pray on the occasion of Eid and Eid al-Adhha. @ 1200 per month per car and the 90 % cars belong to non-Muslims . None of our Muslim brother has seen a car owner to unload some liquor bottles from his car after parking the car inside the Eidgah. Even some members of committee make meals inside Eidgah and eat together and also make noise with abuses. As per my knowledge according a Hadith “business talk or even other domestic discussion is forbidden in the premises of mosque” also a young married couple has been allotted a room inside Eidgah by the committee. The committee doing construction work of Eidgah by the money getting from parking . We have a strong doubt that many cars having liquor bottles. Kindly tell me under the light of Shariah is it haram or halal? Can they use this money in the construction work? Kindly tell us the business of parking within the premises of Eidgah is haram or halal?

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Eidgah in many ways is as respected as a mosque. It is not correct to abuse or make noise in Eidgah. It is also not lawful to rent out the Eidgah for parking of vehicles. It is also not lawful to make rooms in the Eidgah for married couples. The working committee of the Eidgah must avoid all these things and do taubah and istighfar. It is also not lawful to do business in the premises of Eidgah as well as use the income earned through it for the construction of the Eidgah.
