In my office there are English urination bathrooms, the place for baitul khala has commode fitted, there is no place to sit for istinja. Is it permissible to do istinja standing and by making sure there are no splashes on clothes and body?

If there is no facility available for making urination in sitting position then it is allowable for you to make urination in the office while standing due to compulsion. However, you should make efforts to get a toilet built where you can urine while sitting easily.
