I am blessed with a baby girl on 8th Dhul Hijjah 1436 (22.09.15). We have selected the name Fatimah. My question is that is only Fatima ok or we need to add one more name with Fatima like Aalia Fathima, Fathimuthu Zohra. Please advise.

Fatimah is the name of the beloved daughter of the holy Prophet Muhammad, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him. It is good name. You may keep this name. However, if you suffix al-Zahra and name her as Fatimah al-Zahra it shall be good. There is no harm in it.
