Keeping the names “Zahiyah Fathima”or “Iza Fathima” or “Azrah Fathima”

Q: We want to name our daughter “Zahiyah Fathima”or “Iza Fathima” or “Azrah Fathima”.

Please tell the meaning of those names and whether they are good names.
