I have plenty of hairs at my back right down the neck and they are also same in front of chest, is it allowed to remove? If yes then can I use wax? Please describe.

According to scholars of fiqh, removing of chest hair etc is against etiquette i.e. it should not be removed unnecessarily. However, if one feels pain or difficulty then one may remove it. It also may be removed by waxing.
