Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Please tell me shares of inheritance about a person who has expired and has left the following relatives: Mother, one brother (married), two sisters (married), one wife and one son (unmarried).

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 825/821/B=08/1436)

In the question mentioned above all the property left by the deceased person shall be divided into 24 shares. Out of the total the wife shall get 3 shares, 4 shares shall go to the mother and the son shall take the remaining 7 shares. His brother and sister shall get nothing in the presence of the son. The detail of Shariah division is as follows:

Details:

Wife: 1×3=3
Mother: 1×4=4
Son: 1×17=17

Total: 24
