Should we accept the marriage alliance despite the boy working in Exim Bank of India?

I am working in Income Tax Department. We are very much concerned with halal and haram. My daughter is studying in B.Ed. (Maths). One marriage alliance is held up for the reason that the boy is working in Exim Bank of India. The Bank is mainly meant for promoting cross border trade. However, they are doing banking activities also. Should we drop this alliance or should we consider this alliance?
