I want to ask is it permissible to take all such things in Islam. Even if boy does not ask for these things they will give. Is it right to take or are there any restrictions in Islam.

For the groom’s family to ask the bride’s family to pay ‘jahez’ is not permissible. If the father of the girl gives something, as a gift from his own will to his daughter in marriage, then this is permissible.
