I came to London few years back, prior to that I was in Pakistan. My question is: should I calculate zakah according to the gold rate as of United Kingdom or should I use the gold rate of Pakistan from where I bought my jewellery.

You should pay it keeping in mind the market price of the place where you are going to pay. It is good and preferable to pay it as per the high rate.
