It is necessary that to have sex with wife in the first night of marriage? I heard that to have sex with newly wife otherwise the walimah will be haram and not according to sunnah. Is it right or wrong?

What you have heard regarding the unlawfulness of walimah is totally wrong. Walimah is not haram rather it is valid without any doubt according to one opinion. However, it is better to perform walimah after the spouse meet in privacy.
