If something comes out from a woman’s private part for excitation. Is ghusl fardh or not? For what reason ghusl will be fardh?

The wetness which discharges in the beginning of excitement and increases the lust is called madhi. It breaks wudhu and does not make ghusl wajib. But the wetness which discharges after orgasm is called mani. It lessens the excitement and makes ghusl fardh.
